BED & ROOM CATEGORIES

You may choose from different categories of in-patient beds/rooms of the hospital, including General Ward, AC Ward, Single Bed  (AC/ Non AC), Double Bed (AC/Non AC), Deluxe Cabin and   VIP Cabin. Beds/Cabins are allotted depending on your choice and availability. We also have a Day Care Unit for patients who have had out-patient procedures. We also have 10 beds specialized state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit, 10 beds NICU for neonates and 5 beds state-of-the-art Special Care Unit.

NURSING CARE

DCIMCH provides 24-hours comprehensive, individualized nursing care for in-patients based on their assessed nursing needs. To provide best quality nursing care, the nursing personnel’s are selected on merit basis and thereafter prepared adequately by education and Hands-on Training. After enrolment, all our nurses are being well-oriented with the clinical services to meet the needs of the organizational goal towards humanitarian services.

ACCOMMODATION FOR ATTENDANTS

One attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the room after visiting hours (10.30am – 11.30 am and 5.00pm – 7.00 pm). It is mandatory to carry the Attendant Pass issued against each patient at the time of admission.

Generally, the attendant should vacate the room/ward when the patient is shifted to SCU/HDU or ICU. However, the attendant may still retain the room, but in this case, the patient will be charged for double occupancy (bed charge + SCU/HDU/ICU charge). This is however, allowed subject to the availability of the rooms.

ENTERTAINMENT

Single/Double/AC/Non AC/Deluxe/VIP cabins are provided with television & cable connections. The semi-private and standard ward patients share common TV connection. There is a choice of programs in various languages.

NEWSPAPERS & MAGAZINES

No Newspapers are supplied to the patients. We’ve arrangements to keep some reading magazines in the common waiting area.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Caring our guests need, is part of our commitment. To meet this commitment, we offer you the following concierge services:

  • Business Center
    We do not have a dedicated business center right now. However, if requested, we can organize services for phone calls from your room on a nominal payment. Please contact Nurse-in-Charge of your floor to avail these services between 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on all working days.
  •  
  • Religious & Spiritual Service
    The religious and spiritual services can be organized on request. We have a prayer room for a male but for a female please contact the Nurse-in-Charge for the same.
  • Interpreter Service: 
    Facilities are available for interpreter service on request.
