At DCIMCH, we strive to make your and your patient’s experience coming here and staying here as pleasant as possible. We understand that a hospital visit can sometimes be difficult and overwhelming, and we offer many amenities that we hope will make your time here more comfortable.

Parking area is available for patents and visitors at the hospital premises.

Lounge Areas

Patients and families are welcome to wait in any of our relaxing waiting areas around the hospital – all are equipped with TV, waiting chairs and sofas.

ATM BOOTH

An ATM booth of Mercantile Bank Ltd. (MBL) is also available at ground floor lobby beside the lift.

WATER DISPENSER

Pure drinking water is provided by the hospital at every level.

WASHROOMS

The hospital has several common washrooms for patients and visitors at every level of the OPD, IPD and other areas.

TELEVISIONS, NEWSPAPERS & BROCHURES

Televisions with cable TV channels are shown in all waiting areas of the hospital. Local newspapers and health related brochures are available on the racks and center tables in all waiting areas of the hospital.

Free Internet & WiFi

DCIMCH offers free wireless access anywhere in the hospital building. So feel free to use your laptop or smart phone in public areas.

PRAYER ROOM

We respect your religious beliefs. There is a prayer room on the roof top of the hospital for males and for females as per request.

Patient Television

Television sets are provided for each patient in the cabin. In order to respect the care of patients in semi-private rooms, must be used to reduce noise, and TV’s must be turned off by 11:30 pm.

Transportation

DCIMCH offers transportation for patients to and from the hospital as per patients/attendants’ request for which a reasonable charge is applicable.

SECURITY

Uniformed security guards are on duty 24 hours.
