Pathology Department of DCIMC is a well equipped part of the institution. This department has wide range of academic facilities so that students can cope up with the understanding of pathology as one of the basic ingredients of medical curriculum. DCIMCH has a modern laboratory with latest technology of international standard. We’ve most modern Laboratory where all types of blood sample and other specimens turn out daily. We provide global standard reports with the help of state of the art technology by the help of an efficient, expert & dedicated team of manpower. Our students get thorough lab exposure  gain clinical knowledge from our pathology department. This department has a nice library with good collection of reference books. Our tutorial and practical rooms have a positive environment for small group discussions where students will find a knowledge-friendly academic atmosphere. We have a ‘Pathology Museum’ which is one of the best in the country. Learning through multimedia projection, multi-headed microscope, group discussion, participatory process in the classes and inclusion of recent development in pathology are well recognized teaching methods of this department. Pathology Laboratory services includes, Hematology and Coagulation, Clinical Pathology, Biochemistry and Immunology, Serology and Microbiology, Histopathology and Cyto-pathology Etc.
